According to the American Heart Association, walking has the lowest dropout rate of any physical activity. Walk with a Doc started in Columbus, Ohio, in 2005 and there are now Walk with a Doc programs all over the country…including one in Castle Hills! CELEBRATE JULY 4TH WITH 20TH ANNUAL CASTLE HILLS FREEDOM FESTIVAL
The annual Castle Hills 4th of July Freedom Festival celebrates its 20th anniversary with a day of family-friendly activities, live music, food trucks and a stunning fireworks display! The event at the Village Shops is FREE and will feature Texas’ largest inflatable maze, a giant inflatable obstacle course, two 27-foot water slides and, of course, a stunning fireworks display, which begins at dusk. Don’t forget to bring blankets, chairs and coolers. This year’s Freedom Festival is presented by the City of Lewisville, in partnership with Castle Hills developer Bright Realty and Platinum Sponsor Vector Security. Read more here.

Bust out your Blue Suede Shoes on Saturday, June 16, for the Castle Hills Spring Concert Series featuring Elvis Presley tribute artist Kraig Parker and his 10-piece band. CASTLE HILLS: THROWING ANOTHER AMENITY YOUR WAY
A new disc golf course is opening this summer in Castle Hills Southwest. Disc golf is played like traditional golf, but with flying discs (or Frisbees) instead of balls and clubs. 2018 CASTLE HILLS CONCERT SERIES - LE FREAK
Thank you to Castle Hills residents and neighbors for helping kick off the 2018 Castle Hills Spring Concert Series. More than 2,000 concert-goers boogied through the evening as Le Freak paid tribute to many classic disco-era artists. Mark your calendars for the next concert in the series Saturday, June 16, with Kraig Parker, an Elvis Presley tribute artist. Bring your friends! The concert is open to everyone. This year’s concert series is presented by the City of Lewisville, in partnership with Castle Hills developer Bright Realty and Platinum Sponsor Vector Security.
