SPRINGTIME IS PRIME TIME FOR HEALTHY LIFESTYLES IN CASTLE HILLS
Experts say exercise and spending time in nature are linked to better emotional well-being. Now that the sun is out, check out these Castle Hills amenities that offer plenty of options to get outside for some active fun. It’s good for your health!
Courts and Fields
Take advantage of neighborhood tennis and basketball courts, located next to the Community Center on Queen Margaret. Additionally, the sports fields on Lady of the Lake Boulevard have all the wide-open space needed for some friendly competition with neighbors.
Trails
Did you know Castle Hills' hike-and-bike trail system covers more than 6 miles? Grab your walking shoes and hit the pavement. A daily walk can not only help you lose weight, it can also help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, increase energy and improve sleep.
Pools
Get active and cool off at the same time. The Queen Margaret, Sword Bridge and Joyous Circle pools are now open. Keep an eye on Castle Hills Community’s social media for more openings. Don’t forget to use a sunblock with an SPF of at least 30 and reapply often!

Spring has officially sprung, and you’ll want to save the dates for these community events! From outdoor markets to classic car shows, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
April 6: Join us for our monthly outdoor market featuring local businesses and free yoga and functional fitness classes sponsored by The Dallas Conservatory and Alloy Personal Training.
April 8: Experience the total solar eclipse with Lewisville right in the "path of totality"! Our parks and greenspaces are the perfect spot for viewing. Don't miss this rare celestial event!
April 12: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, then head to the CHVS plaza for an outdoor movie night featuring Pixar's The Incredibles. Free popcorn provided!
April 21: Rev your engines for the Classic Car & Truck Show at the Village Shops.
Explore an impressive showcase of classic cars and trucks from across the region.
April 26: It's the third annual Realm Renaissance at The Realm at Castle Hills! Bring the family for inflatable fun, face painting, and performances by jugglers and magicians.
